For satellite internet, you do have to have a dish. We offer three different options depending on your needs. The largest of the three is a 12in dish that you can place anywhere with a clear view through the sky. The 2nd option is our 8in dish that you can set outside on your window seal. The 3rd option is our mobile option that is attachable to your vehicle or RV.

Many are sold on the internet downloading speeds. Which yes, downloading is very important. This is streaming videos, loading webpages, and majority of online activity. With uploading speeds this is important for gaming, sending emails, live video chats and sending out information. Upload speeds are also important in sending back confirmation of received information for your downloads.

We have the ability to reconfigure your router if you would prefer to keep it. It does not change the initial one-time fee because of the service time to reconfigure. Included in the initial $250 charge this includes a new modem and router. 

You must have a written notice from the owner to install the satellite. 

Installation takes about an hour. 

Techs are taking all precautions given from CDC guidelines.

We will only need to know if you have pets for installation purposes. We wouldn’t want any pets chewing through cables! Also, we ask that pets are put up safely during the installation. 

In your initial $250 charge this includes all of your equipment, installation, and activation fee. Once paid the equipment is YOURS! This includes the satellite itself, cables and wires, modem and router. 

A standard rain or snow storm will not affect your service. However, if there is a blizzard or a major rain storm blocking the clouds you could see service interruptions. 

Yes! You own the satellite, modem, and router.

At this time, we are unable to pay any bills over the phone. You must log into your portal and pay from in the portal. 

No! No hard data caps! 

Anything over 25 Mpbs is considered ‘fast internet’. 400 Mpbs will run about 7 to 9 power items efficiently.

Yes! Wi-Fi is already built into our system.

Yes. Satellite internet is still a fast speed internet. You can still play video games at a fast speed and possibly more efficiently. 

Latency is the delay that it takes from the satellite to the server that you are trying to reach. This time usually goes unnoticed and is less than tenth of a second. 

Latency can be affected by atmospheric conditions with satellite internet. Usually, the only time you as a consumer will notice that it is more than a tenth of a second is during snow storms and major rain storms.
